Tisane: icyokunywa cyiza ku buzima

Tisane ni icyo kunywa benshi bita icyayi gusa inyito nziza mu Kinyarwanda yaba IGISABIKO. Impamvu ni uko muri tisane nta caffeine ibonekamo, dore ko atari amajyani akoreshwa ahubwo twavuga ko ari uruvange rw’ibirungo binyuranye ushobora gukoresha ari bibisi cyangwa se ugakoresha ifu yabyo.

Akamaro ku buzima


1. Teyi

4. Indabo za Hibiscus




Indabo za hibiscus zizwiho kuba zikize kuri vitamini C, ku bw’ibyo zongerera ingufu ubudahangarwa zigafasha mu kurwanya cholesterol mbi no kugabanya umuvuduko udasanzwe w’amaraso. Zinasukura umubiri. Ziboneka mu mabara anyuranye, umutuku, umuhondo, umweru n’iroza. Gusa zose zikora kimwe.

5. Cinnamon

8. Indabo za maracuja




Indabo za maracuja (passiflore) zifasha mu kurwanya kwiheba no kwigunga, stress ndetse zinafasha umubiri kumva uruhutse neza. Ndetse uretse kuzikoresha muri tisane ushobora no kuzishyira mu mazi yo kwicaramo uri mu mihango (aba ari akazuyazi), zoroshya kuribwa.
