Ibintu usabwa kwirinda kuko byangiza impyiko

Impyiko ni rumwe mu ngingo z’ingenzi cyane mu mubiri wacu dore ko akamaro kazo ari ntagereranywa kuva ku gusohora imyanda mu mubiri kugeza mu gukora imwe mu misemburo umubiri ukoresha. 8. Kunywa itabi

9. Kunywa inzoga nyinshi




Kunywa inzoga nyinshi (hejuru y’ibirahure bine ku munsi) byongera ibyago byo kurwara impyiko ndetse n’umwijima. Noneho iyo unageretseho kunywa itabi ibyago byikuba gatanu byo kurwara impyiko.

10. Kwicara umwanya munini



Kwicara igihe kinini (aha ntibivuze kwicara gusa ahubwo no kuryama igihe kinini birimo) byongera na byo ibyago byo kurwara impyiko. Gukora siporo cyangwa akandi kazi gasaba ingufu bitwika isukari bigatera umuvuduko kugenda neza byombi bikaba byiza ku mikorere y’impyiko.
